magnesium bisglycinate

So I’ve been taking 400 mg (2x 200 mg doses) magnesium for past few days as I heard it would help with both my constipation and migraines.

I had such a severe migraine attack last night and took 400 mg (roughly 10pm)and then woke up and took another 400 mg (10am)…. Felt another attack coming on so to get ahead of it took another 400 mg (9pm) ..

Thought nothing about it and then 10 mins and decided to google to see if I’m dosing properly. The internet is saying 360mg is the max… so I decided to self induce my 9pm dose.

Should I be concerned about magnesium toxicity. So far only symptom was the runs….I was doing everything to avoid painkillers and supplement to have a “healthier pregnancy” but thought I was taking a safe dose..

Should I panic ?
