Can you use Vista seats with a Cruz frame?

We already have a Vista stroller but find it bulky for some aspects of city living. Has anyone just bought a Cruz frame and used the Vista seats and bassinet with it? Not too concerned about the car seat as we have a Clek with adapters. Google didn't give me much info! TIA!
