I am up since 4am, what's keeping you awake?
Almost 20 weeks and attempting to not sleep flat on my back anymore, which is the only position that relieves all my chronic joint pain. Been tossing and turning and building the most immaculate pillow forts, to no avail, at some point my body felt too sore to sleep. Now I'm just sitting on my yoga ball too tired to do anything. I guess will have to sleep propped up for a few nights to allow my hip pain to calm down, and then try again 🫤
