Confession: I’m not following any of the food rules
As long as my meats are cooked thoroughly and my fresh produce is washed, I am eating whatever I want.
Granted, I kept a very “non-toxic” diet before pregnancy (organic, no nitrates, minimal seed oils blah blah blah)…. I have not wondered for ONE SECOND if I am or am not “allowed” to eat something. If i want it, I eat it. Most notably, lots of chicken sausage lol
I think people spend too much energy on this.
