Di na tumaas sweldo sa BPO

Is it just me or parang di na tumaas ang sweldo sa BPO. Median salary is around 20 to 25k pa din which is almost the same salary I had 10 years ago before I left the bpo industry. Ilang beses na tumaas minimum wage baka abutan pa Yung salary ng mga bpo sa province na kuripot. What do you guys think?
