I Don't think We should have been Compassionate, Patient, and Understanding.

Hate this advice from Mental Health sites.

It only made them worse.

That's the problem.

Us.

The enablers, who put up with their abuse while trying to be 'compassionate, patient, and understanding'.

IT NEVER WORKS.

If every single person dropped them the minute they acted out, they'd have no choice but to eventually seek therapy, or who knows, maybe use google and figure out what the hell is wrong with themselves instead of just posting passive aggressive memes about how nobody understands them and how rough their life is.

Every single person who puts up with them makes them worse. Not better.
