Help finding compatible head for 35cm DollZone

I absolutely love this 1/5 35cm body from DollZone but I cannot for the life of me find any compatible heads, let alone any that look similar to the product image. I’m in love with the head they have advertised but I can’t find it anywhere, it seems to look the most similar to the DollZone Nana head (included in the second slide) but the Nana body neck size is 6.5cm while the 1/5 body is only 5cm, so in my mind, the head would be way too large, right? If anyone has any help or suggestions for any similar head sculpts that would match the neck size, please let me know! :) Also, just out of curiosity, why do many brands sell doll bodies but no heads? I’ve seen so many beautiful sculpts but they either don’t have heads for sale or are long sold out of any that would fit the bodies, if anyone has any help or tips on looking for a head sculpt please let me know! :) thank you for reading <3
