Essential QoL Mods?

Just got the game and now that Larian added the mod support to the game itself, i was thinking of adding some mods for my first playthrough.

So what are some essential Quality of Life mods that you all are using in your playthroughs? im not looking for anything that changes gameplay/difficulty too much. Just mods that make some annoying things in the game less annoying and/or tedious. Thanks for any input.
