I think I got the best ending.

This is my second time finishing the game as myself. I romanced Astarion and didn't ascend him, Gale took the crown back to mystra and he's cured and is now a teacher. Wyll broke out of his contract with Mizora and got to keep his father, Shadowheart broke free of Shar and is now going on new adventures to find out more about what she was supposed to be, Jaheira is helping rebuild the city, Minsc is minsc, Lae'zel is on a mission to liberate her people and it's doing well, Halsin is also doing great, I went with Karlach to Avernus even though I wanted to stay with Astarion. But I didn't want Karlach to die and it seems Astarion is open to having me back in his arms when I finish my mission with Karlach, and according to Karlach there is a way to cure her, we just need to infiltrate Zariels place. I mean I killed Raphael, how hard could it be right? So I guess after fixing Karlach, I'll go find Astarion and join him in the city being heroes and even try to find a way for him to walk in the sun again. All is well. I love this ending.
