Lighting Enclosure

Hi guys, just wondering what everyone uses to brighten up their tanks? At the moment I only have a heat lamp which obviously only slightly brightens the area that it’s in, but I’d like to get some sort of LEDs to brighten up the rest of the tank during the day. Mostly just wondering if I can use normal LED lights or if only some specific ones are safe. TIA!
