Is it just me who’s absolutely hopeless about ubc

Update: Accepted! I got accepted even though people told me I messed up by writing about improving a grade in my personal profile and I lost all hope lol.

I applied to Ubc and my grade 11 grades are not the best. I’ve read some other posts and seen people get in with my average in the past. But this year I see people with such high averages are already getting waitlisted. I’ve just already prepared that I’m not getting in although I have a strong personal profile and good ecs. My grade 11 average was an 82 overall and this year I predict my average to be around an 92 but I don’t think that’s good enough for arts anymore. I just feel so defeated with all these waitlists coming out. Anyone feel this way too?
