All City 11 performance questions

I have been doing my research for my next indoor “premium” basketball shoes between ac11 or wow10 as i’ve noticed that pretty much in my area are wearing lebrons lol. I will buy it as a bday present for myself next month. How is your experience to ac11 when it comes to cushion, traction and lockdown provided you have the solid outsole? I have heard that traction are inconsistent and the upper materials in the toe area are very stretchy resulting to a more wiggle room after break in period. Im still unsure of their sizing whether to go between size 8, 8.5 or 9 because of the online reviews. My foot measures around 10.25 and have tried harden 6 in size 8 and fits me perfectly and a size 9 curry 9 that has a about a thumb width space allowance but still comfortable to play in. Also would love to knowIs this another lace loop hole or just for design purposes (photo in the comment)? Thanks everyone!
