Hyperpigmentation on body due to B12 ?

So i had this hyperpigmentation on my body from past 3 years, making my all friction prone areas on body like butts, stomach, neck, knees, elbows to be darker than rest of skin where the most is making my butts approximately 7-8 shades darker than my surrounding skin and this is not acanthosis nigricans because it doesnt have thick velvety texture just plain pigment, my family members like my real brothers, mother, father or anyone they dont have this hyperpigmentation even so my diet was always weak having a lot of junk food and not taking proper nutrition foods, so i decided to get b12 and d3 checkup done because a lot of sites said that b12 and d3 might be the reason for hyperpigmentation and my b12 levels came to be 175 and d3 to be 10 and my general doctor has put me on 1500 mcg methycolobalmin once daily for 2 months, he said that mormal levels should be in the range of 500-600.

So can anyone tell like by correcting this deficiency, will the pigmentation completely go away on its own after then?
