Any tips on improving mental wellbeing?

I‘m feeling a bit like things aren‘t going great lately, and I‘d really appreciate another view/some advice on this.
In the past months, I‘ve noticed my overall mental wellbeing getting worse and I‘m kind of at a loss with that. Usually my special interests help me cope, but even that has been ineffective.
To keep it simple and to not overshare, a LOT of stuff has been happening lately, and me currently working full-time makes this very hard to handle! I love my job and really don‘t want to quit, it‘s „just“ 1,5 more years until I can switch to part-time. My coworkers like me how I am so I barely feel the need to actively mask. But, it‘s still a lot of input! My workplace is BUSY, I deal with customers constantly, and I feel like I‘m really lacking rest time, especially when outside-of-work things also happen!
My special interest revolves around a few video games (and -series), and basically just fantasy as an entire genre, usually I‘d be at my desk for days just building worlds, characters, stories, reading books, drawing, anything really. I don’t even care that I know no one who shares my interest, usually. But now my head just constantly feels too full of everything else to get into the topic at all.
I‘ve talked to my girlfriend about it and she said that maybe it‘d be smart to ask on here, because people with similar experiences would probably be more likely to understand, and also know some things on how to build routines or something like that.
Of course it‘s different for anyone but any ideas would help. Or even someone just understanding what I mean. Anyone I‘ve tried to explain the issue to doesn‘t really get what I mean, even though I know they try to.
