Scared of trying new food
I’m 17 and I know I need to improve my diet because I’m gonna be living on my own in a few years. But I’m genuinely afraid of trying new food. I’m afraid that if I try it, I won’t like it because of taste/smell/texture and then it will be a waste of money. I barely eat vegetables and I eat basically the same thing every day. I genuinely don’t know how to try new foods without it being a disaster (resulting in sensory overload).
