Anyone else get told to “hold your pencil, the RIGHT way.” when you were in school? I’m trying to see something…….

The picture that I circled, is EXACTLY how I would hold my pencils in class. And I HATED whenever teachers told me to “fix it.”

Also, I DID NOT know I did that, BECAUSE I was hyper mobile as a little girl….. (I obviously STILL am. But I’ve only ever researched about hyper mobility, currently while in my 20s. (As well as POTS, HEDS, Endometriosis, BPD and PMDD. But that’s for another time)

I swear, when you’re an autistic little girl, the school system fucks us over. And NOW, we’re all in our 20s or older, finally understanding ourselves. And MAN, is it A LOT to process!
