Move to big 4 audit from mid-tier FDD

I am in a bit of a conundrum, I have spent 4 years in audit (1 year in a small 2 partner firm and 3 years in a mid tier outside of the top 7). The past 12 months I have been working in a TAS/FDD role at the same mid tier. While I have been able to learn a few new concepts and broaden my knowledge it has been absolute hell. I'm the only person in the TAS/FDD team which means everything falls on me from data room to presentation with a shit tonne of processing in between. The hours have also been so much worse than audit. The firm also really doesn't have a history of doing TAS/FDD deals so its building from the ground up. I don't really want to be part of that as the partners in the firm don't seem to get that it takes time to build these things and resources are required with no incentives for me. My exit op was to initially go into a Big 4 FDD/TAS role after 2 years but I am now pretty set on leaving. I was thinking of jumping to big 4 audit (I will most likely get a Manager/Assistant level role) for a year might be worth it given the consulting marketing has slowed down and my resume isn't really getting any traction. Whats are your guys thoughts? Is Big 4 on the CV in any capacity going to help my cause down the line? Thanks.
