Problem with gutter runoff?
We’ve been having water seeping into our garage below the house and just noticed this after some light rain. This pipe runs from the gutters next to the house, and by the looks of it, the water isn’t getting into the pipes underground where it needs to go. Before I start with the sledgehammer just want some validation that my logic is sound. If anyone’s had similar repairs needed would appreciate your input. Thanks all!
