What is this toilet seat locking mechanism!?

I’ve never had a toilet seat with this locking mechanism. I’ve tried to look it up and can’t find it anywhere. One of my toilets has the lock and the other doesn’t, which means it’s constantly moving around.

Do you know what this is called? The toilet brand is Casa Lusso but I can’t be sure the seat is by the same manufacturer. They will be my next point of contact.

I can’t remove the lock from the other toilet, it’s connected to the plate that’s between the ceramic and the seat.
