Unpaid Salary

I am currently working for a startup that has not been paying my salary for 2 months. It is a small company and I am the longest employee here (been here for 2.5 years) and the only full time employee. The others are all contractors. The director of the company also has a finger in many other companies and projects here, which he delegates his tasks to the other contractors. I am solely hired as a full timer for this small company because I was hired by the founder who is based abroad. The company is essentially a cost centre and does not generate any revenue for itself. All fundings are from the company abroad.

However for the first time I am experiencing a 2 months delay in my salary. No announcement or formal email was sent to inform me or the others on this reason why. Also just recently, specifically 4 months ago, they contracted someone as a General Manager.

I had to email the Director to request for an explanation, and all he told me was there is no money and we have not been funded for a year and he hasnt been paid for 6 months. When I ask what is the next plan, all he said was he will keep pushing the founder for the funds. No plans whatsoever.

I do not know what to do now and am lost. I am really struggling financially and has been using my savings to keep myself afloat, but it seems no one has a solution in this company now.
