my boss threw stuff from my locker without notice

Basically my job was to be redundant, but they never gave me a notice about the last day or anything.

I didn’t get to remove my stuff from the locker because of this fact. I didn’t know when my last day was meant to be.

But recently, I went to find my uniform and realised it was still in the locker. When I asked, she said the locker is someone else’s now. This means she threw out all my stuff without informing me of anything.

My suit was not supplied by the company, it was a tailored suit set that cost me upwards of $150.

Would I be able to be compensated or ?
