Will never want the CC!

I wish there was an option to attach a preference to our account that lets the cashier see that no, we do not ever want to sign up for the store credit card, no we don’t want to save X$$ today, yes we understand we could be earning extra points if we did. Blah blah.

The other day, a lovely cashier said “I see you are an Icon Member… all you need now is the store card!” Agh. It made me feel like icon isn’t enough for them, that they need to squeeze more out of me in the form of interest!

It’s a minor inconvenience, but I sometimes dread the in-store checkout process due to the cards being pushed.
