HELP! | CPU Fan not running - ASUS TUF A15, Ryzen 7435HS, RTX 3050

Problem: CPU Fan doesn't spin, shows 0RPM and has a strange noise every 5 seconds or so. This is a BRAND NEW Laptop and has been happening since I first booted it up.

After opening the computer up and looked at the fan and seen nothing looked wrong and I pushed a few components nearby the fan, booted it up and suddenly it happened to work again... Until, after activating turbo mode; the noise persisted once again and the fan stopped working- once again.

So, I tried twice more doing the same as before, pushing components about in the laptop, the first time nothing happened, second time the fan was back to life again. Yet, however upon shutting down the Laptop and rebooting it, the sound returned- once again, and the fan stopped spinning...

This is an extremely annoying occurrence and considering the laptop is BRAND NEW, I am very disappointed to say the least; however, the performance is still definitely power; but I notice the constant mishaps of the CPU Fan not functioning with the occasional stutter in online games, being very annoying to experience again and again.

Seeming as the Laptop is new, I was expecting no problems at all. Yet, here I am and I'm very annoyed that I have to type this, but hopefully I can find a saviour to fix this; rather than going through the pain of sending my BRAND NEW Laptop off to the ASUS Repair Centre.

I have already: looked inside the laptop, reinstalled armoury crate, updated my drivers and checked my power plan to ensure the fan was receiving enough power.

After running a diagnostic on the Fan it shown that it had a problem. Surely this shouldn't be allowed to be sold if it's already broken before it's even sold?! I have contacted ASUS Support and am awaiting a response, I do not want to go through the hassle of sending my Laptop away to a Repair Centre, considering it's brand new.
