Any chances of the promotional items becoming available later on?

As someone living outside US feels kinda unfair to be left out of these promotions, since we need to buy physical stuff to get the codes.

Does Ubisoft have a history of making these kind of promotional items available later on? Maybe trought Helix store or Ubisoft Connect rewards?
