What is an unusual sandwich that you really like?

I'm just sitting here having a fishfinger and baked bean sandwich (cut into quarters), and started to wonder if there were any other strange but delicious sandwiched out there?

Another one of my favourite lunchtime treats is a toasted spam and bean sandwich. Have you got any unusual recommendations?
