0% money transfer rate on transfers until 10/3/25. What is the last date you think the transfer can be made?
I had an offer on my credit card for 0% interest and fees for 12 months on transfers until 10th March 2025 (today). I've just been told by the bank that I can't take advantage of the offer as it expired today and the last day I could use it was yesterday, 9th!
I find it misleading. If the offer expires today, why can't I use it today? I don't discard food the day before the use by date (realistically I don't do a hard discard on food anyway but that's another conversation).
I'm interested to hear UK Reddit's take on this. Do you think their offer is misleading? Which date would you think is the last date you can use it - 9th or 10th March?
Edit: thanks for replies so far, I've just re-read the back of the letter with the terms, "The 0% interest rate will only be applied to any money transfer between 11 February 2025 and 10 March 2025." Ok it doesn't say inclusive, but by their reasoning I couldn't have requested it on 11th February either.
