What’s the average you spend on groceries per week/month if you’re only buying for yourself?

Hi, I’m soon going to be living on my own for the first time while I study and Ik I’ll be on tight budget. I hope to get some sort of part time job alongside my studies but for those who don’t have a high income or have been in the same situation as me. What do you suggest I spend monthly or weekly on shopping? Does anyone have any tips or suggestions they wished they knew? Because my family ain’t exactly helpful..
