What is your view on abortion?

I (16M) had a disagreement with a female friend. She said that all abortion is flat out murder and should never be done no matter the circumstance, which I disagreed with. I think there are some circumstances where it should definitely be acceptable, and not looked down on. I want to know what you all think.
