Got Rear-Ended: Repair or Replace?

This is the aftermath of a low-speed fender bender from yesterday. Car is a 2019 BMW 330i. Damage seems fairly minor, so I’m willing to take a private settlement with the at-fault driver. Looking for honest opinions on whether it would be more reasonable to patch the damage to the rear bumper, or if I ought to have it replaced entirely.

There are stress cracks along the crease in the third photo, along with a few vertical dents and two(?) long, horizontal ones, plus the paint damage and the perforated bit, which, I assume, is a connector for the aluminum structure underneath.
