Where to buy a decent refurbished iPhone? Only for camera.

I want the iPhone only for it's camera. I don't want anything else from it. I travel everynow and then. And love to click pictures. Yes I am (aesthetic ka ch*da). Also don't want to spend big, cause I would rather buy a motorcycle or a gaming set-up with that money.

Suggestions on Digital cameras are also welcome.

Budget: 30k max.
