is aFluke 325 clamp multimeter the right choice for the money to clamp measure 1 to 40 watts?

Hello community.

I need to measure the amperage of each wire on a 16 wire connector on an NVIDIA 5090 video card. It looks like variations in wire contruction may be causing some wires to have more amperage than safe and the wires are thus melting, damaging the expensive card. Each wire is supposed to be around 9.5 amps. A user testing his card measured 26 watts, way too high. His theory is that imperfections in the cables cause variance.

So I can sleep better I want to make sure my wires on the 16 pin cable does not exhibit that crazyness.

The fluke 325 measures low amps, so is this the one you guys would approve of?
