fracture of the distal radial and ulnar joint surface?
Hello dear Docs,
I just got back from having my MRIs evaluated and was told that I have a non displaced fracture on the distal ends of my radius and ulna - my doctor described it as my carpal bones basically pushing the bone in when I had a good ol' FOOSH.
how would that be called in for reals medicalese? I haven't had much success in finding stuff to read about this issue. Is it that rare? Do I just not have the right word to Google for? I just wanna know more about it and can't seem to find anything.
My doc told me to wear a splint (got one on the spot) and take it easy/not put weight on that hand and I trust him with that. I am just really curious.
