Need to eat to take meds, but have severe nausea

Hello doctors of reddit,

I have POTS, EDS, and with it, comes severe nausea. Recently, I had to deal with a pretty horrid UTI which yesterday I had to go to the hospital for. They prescribed me 2 medications but one of them requires me eating before taking them. Normally I have issues eating just once a day, but I need to take these meds twice a day. Any tips on what I can do to eat a bit more or to be able to take the medication I need?

Edit: I'm on florinef, hyoscyamine, and the meds they are having me take are Nifrofuratoin and phenazophyridine.
