Purple flashes

f24, Marine corps vet, TBI, 5’7 165lbs, no medication I experience sudden purple flashes that completely blind me for a few seconds, often followed by a terrible headache and dizziness. It only lasts for a short time, but the intensity of it can be overwhelming. The flashes are really vivid, and it feels like I can’t see anything at all during those moments

EDIT: I also experience penetrating pain on one side of my head over my ear it happens outside and during the “flash”
