Headaches won’t stop

So I (F24) have headaches literally every day and if not the entire day, I got it almost the entire day. Pain in general between 4-7 on the 1-10 pain scale. I also have the diagnosis chronic migraines as I have migraines between 17-30 days and month.

Sometimes pain meds and migraine meds help. But usually they last me like 30-60min. I’m so tired of it all.

I’ve gotten blood tests done for my vitamins etc and they all turn out fine. Finally they did find something that they think might be low B12/B6 values.

Is there anything I should get tested that isn’t “typical” standard for them to test? I’ve done an MR too and apparently everything was great there as well, and I had “perfect amount of gray matter” according to my doc.
