19f, Drotaverine + Mefenamic Acid tablet slightly out of blister packaging for a week or so, is it safe to take?

I hope someone responds! i have endometriosis i need to take this pill in a couple of hours for my cramps as I have painful periods and pharmacy will be open much much later in the morning. I Cannot skip it, is it okay to take? it looks normal and only a little bit of it was exposed visibly, not sure how much air or other things it touched.
