I got bit an unknown bug. What 2 do

I have a swollen round bump on my leg (18M) It is about the size of a radiator cap from a car (bad size comparison, I know). It is very hot and hard to touch however it doesn’t hurt. It has many small dimples in it and I’m worried and don’t what bug it could be or what to do
