Is Canada basically just a jealous ex?

I've noticed that, since America has stopped subsidizing Canada, they seem to be freaking out. Refusing to buy American-made products, threatening to cut off electricity, etc.

South of the border, Americans seem to... not really care?

Is Canada basically just an ex at this point? We broke up with them since they were clingy and overrelient on the USA, and they are having trouble understanding and freaking out over it?

Thoughts?
