Since Trump became President again, have we lost our image of Good Faith to the rest of the world?

Meaning, have we made a negative impact to other counties about our standing (of Good Faith) in the world? Or are we in a better place right now?

As far as I can see it, we have damaged our reputation, more so when we pulled back on some of our soft powers. Yet, I can be very wrong, but I want to know what you guys think and discuss.
