Ram 1500pulls to the left after leveling kit and 35s

2021 ram rebel I added the bilstein 5100 leveling kit myself and .5 spacers all around 35 inch trx pull offs and I noticed after that my steering wheel was slightly to the left when driving straight. I took it to get an alignment the next day and I drove it around for a day and noticed it pulling to the left especially on the freeway. When I’m driving straight the wheel is straight but it wants to pull the wheel to the left a bit. I took it back to the alignment shop and they said it could be something in the suspension or most likely the tires. They said the only thing they can do is give it another alignment after I get new tires but they were extremely busy so I felt like they were just trying to brush me off. The thing is the tires still have about 70% life and I don’t wanna get new tires yet. Just curious what in the suspension can cause this after I changed the struts. I made sure to torque down all the bolts correctly while the truck was sitting on the wheels and not jacked up.

Also they did advise me that the measurements were all within normal specifications and that just the camber on a tire would be adjusted and I told them just to get it closer to specs for peace of mind and to get the steering wheel straight
