AC/Heater 2011 Mini Countryman

Hey all, my 2011 Countyamn turbo s heater and ac stopped working but summer is coming up and I don’t want to suffer another summer with leather seats and rolled down windows so here we are. Coolant levels are good Hot air only comes on when going at speed (40+ mph) When clicking AC button I think I can hear the compressor start (the car sounds different when I turn it on) I replaced relay and fuse and nothing. Vents are clean as well as air filters.

I’m thinking maybe the blower motor but I’m not sure. Thanks guys.
