Are authorized-resellers required to honor manufacturer warranties?

After purchasing multiple Raspberry Pi 5 computers, sent from CA to TX, 2 of them have a manufacturer defect which occurred outside of the resellers 90 day policy. However, Raspberry Pi LTD offers a 12 month manufacturer warranty which definitely fits within my situation. Are there any laws that state authorized resellers must honor manufacturer warranties, or does the warranty on RPI LTDs website only apply to them? Most resellers pass along the warranty, but the one I purchased from claims that it will not. There is nothing staying that litigation must be carried out on CA, which I believe means it would be under Texas or Federal law, if anything?
