Looting own corpse

Anyone know why I was tagged for pvp after I respawned and looted my own corpse? The bugs with the force pvp is making the game unfun for me because I keep being killing by higher level players and I don't know what is causing me to become forced into pvp. The first time I healed some random person and then was forced into pvp and killed. Second time was just trying to get my own loot back. It was my body 100% confident.
