Females dealing with marriage stress

Hi 25F here, How do you guys deal with pressure and stress posed by relatives on you. My relatives and my father believes men prefer younger girls so I should get married before 27. Because in arranged marriage no one will prefer girls there same age. I earn good (35 lpa financially stable), my father wants me to settle for a govt job employee. I am quite ambitious, have aspirations etc. Govt job guys dont have high ambitions since they are always in comfort zone and posted in remote locations. I am not interested in them. My father does not understand I want a man with aspirations and ambition not someone to provide for me because he cant lose his job in layoffs.
