   3. 20% Attack buff Noblese
   4. Pyro Resonance
2. Iansan
   1. Decent Attack buff ~600 IIRC
   2. 40% Pyro DMG Bonus from Cinder City
3. Fischl
   1. Strong Sub DPS Potential with Chevy and Iansan buffing her too (Cinder/Noblese Buff is Teamwide, and RES Shred is a debuff). Especially at C6 since Arlecchino is NA based.
   2. Battery with good Particle Gen + Electro Resonance

Also no circle impact for anyone.
