The game's economy is ruined

The acrimony dupe has completely crippled the economy of this game. Nowadays, the auction house is a wasteland, you can't even buy musgravite for under 1k anymore, and even all the lapis and larimars are gone. All the remaining sunken gear practically doubled in price over the course of the dupe, and some reagents and catalysts don't even exist on the auction house at all anymore. Even if you sell stuff on there, pretty much nobody buys it anyway, probably because a lot of people don't even realist it's back up.

It's even worse on the server marketplace. You could say that it's because not enough people play anymore, but before the dupe, you could make a post on the marketplace, and it would get hidden by another 20 before you could post again. Nowadays, you can go hours with only 10 posts, and a lot of the vendors you used to see post very frequently (not naming any names), just don't post their shops anymore.

I feel that this could have been completely avoided, if a full rollback had been done, instead of removing all the acrimonies. Even then, many people still managed to completely empty the auction house using the money from the acrimonies, which definitely contributed to the wasteland it is today. Although it would have been annoying, a rollback would have been for the best, as although some people may have lost a couple of rare items in the time between the dupe and rollback, it would have been best overall. And it certainly didn't help that acrimonies on the marketplace weren't wiped either.

I hope the next update gets enough players online to heal the market, but honestly I'm kinda doubtful. Moochezz is cooking with the weapons tho, can't wait to be able to use the rest of the weapon skills.
