Aqara G4 - New Update Bricked Device
Hi There,
When checking my Aqara G4 today I noticed there was an update. I decided to apply the update due to some technical issues I sometimes face thinking this may resolve them. It looked like the device updated successfully until I checked the camera feed. There was none. I left the device for a few hours but nothing changed.
I then decided to power cycle the device by removing the batteries with no luck. I then reset the video doorbell with no luck. I then reset the chime doorbell also and removed the device from the Aqara app and homekit.
Now when I try and reconfigure the device on the aqara app, it wont work. I get different messages ranging from ‘Accessory not found‘ to ’Unable to configure the device‘.
not sure what else i can do.
