should i report my 4s on AP?

i have a 5 on ap calc ab and ap physics 1 and a 4 on both chemsitry and physics c mechanics. if i'm applying to t10 schools, do you think i should report the 4s? especially if there's someone in my class that got a 5 on both!!! (and hes also applying to the same schools)
