Are Haier as bad as the TrustPilot reviews?

Just ordered a new Haier washer/dryer, got a very good deal on it, but now I’ve just read the TrustPilot reviews for Haier UK and it doesn’t make for comfortable reading. Are they really as crap as it sounds or is it a handful of disgruntled customers?

Wondering whether I should cancel the order and get something else but a bit reluctant as the price was very good and it did come with a 5 year warranty + paid with credit card.
