PetScreening & ESA Letter from Pettable Will My Apartment Accept It?

I’m moving into an apartment that uses PetScreening for pet approvals, but I have an ESA and am getting my letter from Pettable. I’ve read that many places don’t accept ESA letters from online services like Pettable, so I’m a bit worried.

I also came across some info saying that PetScreening is just a third party company and doesn’t actually make the final decision management does. Has anyone been through this process before? Did your apartment accept your ESA letter, or did you have to go another route?
